Joseph Sciamanna is a serial entrepreneur and seasoned healthcare investor with a proven track record of founding, scaling, and exiting high-growth ventures across multiple sectors. He brings a unique blend of operational expertise, strategic vision, and deep industry insight to his leadership at GVO Partners.

Joseph began his entrepreneurial journey in biotechnology, where he led several successful ventures and exits. In 2021, he founded and exited Heliostatix, a breakthrough venture in healthcare technology. He also built 4-Wall Health Care from the ground up, including the development and expansion of Impact Behavioral Health, an ABA therapy startup focused on outcomes-driven care.

He is deeply experienced in management, operations, branding, and multi-market expansion, having led businesses from startup through national scale. His work is driven by a passion for improving healthcare delivery and creating lasting value across the care continuum.
Joseph holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
